Prayer of Salvation

He wants to show you great and mighty things, do you know Him?

God’s desire that none perish, no not one. Are you ready, let’s pray:

Father God, I confess that I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus shed His precious blood and died on the cross for my sin. Jesus, come into my heart be my personal Saviour. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

You did it! Now what?

Next Steps:

  1. Be prepared for the enemy to come and try to make you think that nothing happened. Tell him he must flee in Jesus name because you now belong to God.
  2. Begin to learn more about Jesus Christ by reading your Bible daily.
  3. Talk to God in prayer every day. Take time to read your Bible and apply these principles in your life.
  4. Get baptized, worship, fellowship, and serve with other Christians in a church where Christ is preached and the Bible is the final authority.
  5. Connect with other like-minded believers in a good local church.
  6. Share how Jesus Christ has transformed your life with others.

“That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. As the Scripture says, "Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame." For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." –Romans 10:9-13 (NIV)
